  • Steps To File A Refund Dispute

    1. Select the “Open Dispute” button from the order details section.

    2. Choose a “Dispute Reason.”

    3. Select the specific reason for your refund request.

    4. Provide as much detail as possible about your experience, specifying what went wrong.

    5. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.

    6. Submit your refund request.

    7. Note down your refund case ID. You will need to quote this ID whenever inquiring about the status of your refund.

    Note: Shopify Web Services reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. After a refund is processed, you will forfeit any rights to the designs, which will remain the sole property of Shopify Web Services. The company will retain full ownership of the designs.

  • Conditions For Refund

    • You have selected a special package.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • Cancellation occurs due to reasons unrelated to the company.
    • The company has not been contacted for over two weeks during the project.
    • Company policies have been violated.
    • Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
    • Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
    • The creative brief is incomplete or lacking the required information.
    • A complete design change is demanded.
    • The claim exceeds the designated "request for refund" time frame.
    • The business is closing or changing its name.
    • Reasons such as "change of mind," "disagreement with a partner," or other unrelated factors will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
    • For service bundles, if a client is dissatisfied with a specific service, refunds will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle.
    • Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be provided for websites once the design is approved and sent for development.
    • Refund requests will not be entertained once the website designs are approved.
    • A partial refund (up to 25%) may be granted if the client fails to provide the initial brief within 10 days of placing the order.
    • Refunds will not be processed after the final delivery of files following client approval.
